Making a deposit to your Alpari International account
- Fill out the Fund Deposit form in MyAlpari and confirm the payment.
- The site will redirect to GlobePay’s payment confirmation page, this is where you need to input your GlobePay wallet credentials.
- Complete the payment.
- Alpari International will need you to take a screenshot of the GlobePay page that contains your email address and your full name. A second screenshot of the transaction that was made to Alpari International will also be required.
Important Information
Keep the following in mind when you are making your deposit:
- Payments from third parties are not accepted. The sender’s name must be the same as that registered with Alpari International.
- If a transaction is sent in a currency that differs from the currency of your account, it will be automatically converted at the Alpari International conversion rates.
- Deposits will be posted to your account shortly. There might be a delay if Alpari International or the payment provider have issues verifying your information.
- The currencies that are supported are EUR and USD. If a transaction is made in another currency, your deposit will be converted to the currency of your choice and you may be charged a conversion fee.
- If the currencies in your trading account and deposit are different, the transaction will converted and a charge may apply. View the Conversion Rates table by logging into MyAlpari.
- Our conversion rates are updated daily.

How to withdraw funds from MyAlpari
- Log in to your MyAlpari account, click on ‘Withdraw funds’, located on the side menu under ‘My Money’.
- To request a withdrawal, click the ‘Withdraw’ button under ‘Local Payment Methods’ section.
- Follow the instructions on the form, and complete the ‘Withdraw funds’ form with your GlobePay details and confirm the payment.
- Take a few moments to read the terms and conditions on the right of the page. When you are ready, click ‘Confirm’.
- At this point, you will be sent a 4-digit payment password via SMS and at the email address registered to your MyAlpari account. Check your Spam or Junk folder if you don’t receive it in your inbox immediately. Enter this password and click ‘Submit’.
- On your MyAlpari account, under ‘My Money’ and then ‘My Transfers’, you can track the progress of your transfer. If your deposit transfer reads as ‘Processing’, it means that your request has been accepted and is pending completion. When it says ‘Funds sent’, it means that the funds have been sent to your GlobePay wallet.
Important Information
Keep the following points in mind when making a withdrawal:
- We do not accept payments to third parties. The receiver’s name must match the name registered with Alpari International.
- Your initial deposit can be withdrawn, but you have to use the same source of funds from which you originally deposited.
- If you want to withdraw any generated profits following your initial deposit you can use any other payment method available to you.
- Check if you have enough free margin in your account to cover your withdrawal. If you do not, you may choose to close some open positions in your account.
- If a transaction is sent in a currency that differs from the currency of your account, it will be automatically converted at the Alpari International conversion rates. Our conversion rates are updated daily.
