Trading Platforms – Mobile
On your iPhone or iPad, visit your app store to find the platform. If you’re on Android, install it from the Play Store.
Type ‘Alpari’ in the search bar and choose whether you want the live or demo server for your account (this is in the email that was sent when you opened your trading account).

It usually means that your logins have been inputted incorrectly.
